One layout for each debugging situation

Each developer has his own individual needs when it comes to application debugging. Even for the same developer, each debugging session may have different requirements depending on the complexity of the problem to be fixed, the code being debugged, or the tasks needed in each case in order to find a solution. For this reason, the user interface of awDebugger was designed to be as customizable as possible.

Depending on your specific needs, you can easily rearrange all windows and panes to fit your own needs. awDebugger will remember the layout of your choice the next time it is started.

Future versions of awDebugger will support saving and restoring customized layouts, so that you can have one different window layout configured for each situation. At this current release, only the current layout and the default layout are saved.

Examples of User Interface Layouts

awDebugger's default layout All panes hidden, with the whole workspace available to the source code viewer Three different source modules visible at the same time All panes hidden except the global and local data viewers Usually the Immediate window is all you need, that is why this is one of our favorites layouts Using the disassembler Debugging with tracepoints
